My Journey from Engineer to Global Talent Leader
2010 – 2014 | From Engineering to Talent Acquisition
I started my career as an Engineer, but quickly realized that my true passion lay in working with people and shaping careers. This realization led me to transition into the world of Talent Acquisition, while I was still in the 1st year of my college, where I could make a direct impact on professionals and companies alike.
2015 – 2018 | Mastering the Art of Recruitment & Branding
Over the next few years, I worked with top staffing firms and corporate talent acquisition teams, refining my expertise in executive search, hiring strategies, and employer branding. I played a crucial role in helping Google, Apple, and Charles Schwab secure the best talent in competitive markets.
2019 – 2022 | Becoming a Thought Leader & Mentor
By this time, I had built a strong reputation in the HR and Talent Acquisition space. I began mentoring recruiters, career seekers, and leaders, helping them navigate the evolving job market. This period also saw me delivering TEDx Talks, sharing my insights on the future of hiring, career strategies, and the importance of personal branding.
2023 – Present | Expanding My Reach
